With the promo code "KARNEVAL2025" you get a 10 euro discount on your journeys with eezy.nrw from Weiberfastnacht to Veilchendienstag. Simply enter the promo code in one of the participating eezy.nrw-enabled apps before checking in. You can redeem the 10 euros for as many journeys as you like until they are used up.
The eezy.nrw carnival promotion starts on 27 February at midnight and ends on 4 March 2025 at 23:59. The offer can be used by new and existing customers alike. One promo code worth 10 euros can be used per customer. Any remaining amounts will expire after Ash Wednesday.

The most frequently asked questions about our eezy ticket
If your device's location services are activated and you are no longer in a public transport vehicle, the app will first ask if you would like to be checked out. A message appears again after 30 minutes. You will only be automatically checked out after 420 minutes and the journey tracked up to this point will be charged. In this case, you may need to contact the support team of your contracted transport company for a recalculation.
No, but you don't need to, as you simply check in at the start of your journey. Thanks to automatic tracking and billing, you always travel with the right ticket with eezy.
The basis for calculating the fare is the linear kilometres between the starting point and destination of the journey, i.e. the shortest distance. The price is calculated of a fixed basic price per journey plus a working price per linear kilometre.
You will not receive a digital ticket (travel authorisation) without a check-in. In the event of a ticket inspection, a penalty, i.e. an increased transport charge (EBE) of 60 euros, will be levied.
